Dipapa Foods (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides ready-packed food hampers to individuals, families, organizations, and communities across Southern Africa. These Terms govern the use of our website, online ordering process, and the delivery of our products.
By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Definitions
- “Website” refers to dipapafoods.co.za.
- “Customer”, “you” refers to any person or entity browsing or purchasing from our website.
- “Products” refer to the Family Support Hamper and any related items offered by Dipapa Foods.
- “Order” refers to a purchase made through our website or any official Dipapa Foods communication channel.
3. Use of Website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to engage in any activity that may:
- Damage or interfere with the security or functionality of the website
- Attempt to access systems or information without authorization
- Misuse, copy, or reproduce any content without permission
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
- Payments must be made using approved payment methods during checkout.
- An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Orders & Delivery
5.1 Order Confirmation
Once payment is received, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please email orders@dipapa.co.za.
5.2 Delivery Areas
We deliver across South Africa. Delivery fees and lead times vary by location.
5.3 Delivery Requirements
- Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
- Someone must be available to receive the order.
- Dipapa Foods is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect information or customer unavailability.
5.4 Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the product is delivered.
6. Product Quality & Packaging
We ensure all hampers are packed with sealed, high-quality products in line with food safety requirements.
Due to the nature of consumable items, slight variations in packaging or brands may occur depending on supplier availability. All substitutions will be of equal or higher quality.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases. Customers may request a refund or return only if:
- The hamper arrives damaged, unsealed, or tampered with
- An incorrect or incomplete product is delivered
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to orders@dipapa.co.za, including:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Detailed reason for the request
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Consumable food items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be refunded or returned.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dipapa Foods is not liable for:
- Delays caused by couriers, strikes, weather, or events beyond our control
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Damages caused by customer mishandling after delivery
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle customer information in compliance with South African data protection guidelines.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except for operational requirements such as delivery services.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics—is the property of Dipapa Foods and may not be reproduced without written permission.
