Refund & Return Policy

At Dipapa Foods, we take pride in providing high-quality, ready-packed food hampers that meet the needs of families and communities across Southern Africa. To ensure fairness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction, we have established the following Refund & Return Policy.


1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Because our products consist of consumable food items, we can only accept refund or return requests under the following conditions:

You may request a refund or return if:

  • The product arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
  • The package arrived unsealed, broken, or tampered with.
  • You received a different item than what was advertised or ordered.

We cannot accept returns or refunds if:

  • The hamper has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • The packaging is unsealed, broken, or no longer in its original condition.
  • The product was damaged due to customer handling after delivery.
  • The request is made more than 48 hours after delivery.

2. Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a refund, all items must be in a sealed, unbroken, and unused condition exactly as delivered.
Dipapa Foods reserves the right to decline refunds or returns for products that do not meet hygiene and safety standards.


3. How to Request a Refund or Return

All refund and return requests must be sent to:

Your request must include:

  1. Full Name & Order Number
  2. Phone Number
  3. Clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The issue or damage
  4. A detailed description of the reason for the refund or return

This information helps us verify the issue quickly and process your request without delay.


4. Processing Time

  • Once your request is received, our team will review it within 24–48 hours.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days depending on your bank.
  • For returns, we will arrange a collection or ask you to return the item to the address provided.

5. Exchange Policy

Dipapa Foods currently does not offer product exchanges.
If your request is approved, we will issue either:

  • A refund, or
  • A replacement hamper (if stock is available)

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Opened or used consumables
  • Hampers damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 48 hours from delivery
  • Gift cards or promotional items
